November: Workout

Hello,

Happy Friday lovelies, I hope you’ve had a wonderful day. How has your week been in general? Mine has been very stressful but I’ve managed to achieve a lot so I’m super proud.

Tonight I am bringing you the last workout routine of the year! How very exciting is that? I can not wait to start my Christmas posts, I have worked very hard on them, after all, December marks my first year of blogging.

I’ll do a full post on that in December, because tonight I want to jump straight into the workouts. I have something special to share with you all afterwards.

November workouts

Monday:

  • 60 jumping jacks
  • 1 minute right side plank
  • 15 push ups
  • 1 minute left side plank
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 10 sit ups

Tuesday

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 45 second right side plank
  • 10 push ups
  • 45 second left side plank
  • 20 bicycle crunches
  • 10 squats
  • 5 sit ups

Wednesday

  • 70 jumping jacks
  • 1 minute 30 second right side plank
  • 30 push ups
  • 1 minute 30 second left side plank
  • 30 squats
  • 20 sit ups

Thursday

  • 60 jumping jacks
  • 1 minute right side plank
  • 15 push ups
  • 1 minute left side plank
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 10 sit ups

Friday

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 45 second right side plank
  • 10 push ups
  • 45 second left side plank
  • 20 bicycle crunches
  • 10 squats
  • 5 sit ups

Saturday

  • 70 jumping jacks
  • 1 minute 30 second right side plank
  • 30 push ups
  • 1 minute 30 second left side plank
  • 30 squats
  • 20 sit ups

Sunday

  • Rest

That is literally it for this month workout this one is really intense but this is definitely one of my favourite workouts because I lose a lot of weight doing this one, of course if this is way too difficult for you then please do change it to fit your level I don’t want you to do things and cause yourself any injury or for you to end up doing something that you can’t physically do, in the same respect if you are a lot better if it less than I am and this is beyond easy for you do you switch up and make it more of a challenge for yourself.

this is going to be my last work out routine for the year simply because I don’t work out during December because it is my most work filled month and I lose weight where I don’t eat properly during this month because I am overly stressed and working my butt off so that is the reason there won’t be a new workout post until January.
