Workouts #4

Hello,

Happy Friday lovelies, I hope you’ve all had an amazing day and I looking forward to the weekend.

I can’t wait to get back to working this weekend after a week off I feel like I need to get myself back into work and I’m back being motivated.

So sticking with being motivated I thought I would do a fitness post because I have been putting off working out for a while, a long story short I just got lazy and can’t be bothered to do anything. But that is definitely changing if I want you look better than I look now I definitely can’t sit around meet chocolate all day.

I’m not really someone who believes in spending money on a gym, don’t get me wrong if that works for you then it’s great! I’m not going to bash you for it, my personal opinion is I don’t see why I should spend money on a gym when I can work out in the comfort of my own home.

So here is my workouts that can be done at home or at the gym it is completely your choice.

Workouts

Monday

  • 5 minutes walking
  • 5 minutes running
  • 5 minutes walking
  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 25 crunches
  • 15 squats

Tuesday

  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 25 crunches
  • 15 squats
  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 russian twists

Wednesday

  • 8 minutes walking
  • 5 minutes running
  • 8 minutes walking
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 20 squats

Thursday

  • Rest day or
  • 1.5 mile walk

Friday

  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 25 crunches
  • 25 squats
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 sit ups
  • 15 russian twists
  • 5 minutes lifting weights

Saturday

  • 10 minutes walking
  • 8 minutes running
  • 10 minutes walking
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 20 squats
  • 20 russian twists

Sunday

  • Rest day

As you know there are some important rules to follow when working out. Always warm you put it up before working out always stretch before going for a run so in this case stretch before you do your walk is yourself into the run and eat yourself out back into the walk.

You as always stay hydrated while working out if you become dehydrated you become ill. When you sweat you are essentially losing fluids so you need to intake more than you let out. I do not recommend those energy drinks you know the ones that like cost 35p or something. They are one not good for you, or good for your heart and to they don’t improve your stamina your strength or any physical part or fitness at all.

This month’s workout is definitely a quick and easy one just something little that will motivate me to get my ass moving again.
