December Workouts


Hello,

How are you? Are you glad it’s Friday? I know I am, bring on the weekend, full of… more work. Some days you just can’t escape it. I hope you have a relaxing weekend, let me know in the comments what your plans are.

I know that this month everyone is planning on stuffing their faces full and I don’t blame you, but I also know that there are a few of you who are still planning on hitting the gym everyday in order to keep fit, well I have come up with an easy workout to do, in the comfort of your home, in your Christmas jumper if you really want. Fitness is a huge part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, just keep that in mind and don’t go overboard with the chocolates.

Monday

  • 10 push ups
  • 40 Squats
  • 40 Lunges
  • 10 push ups
  • 60 sec wall sit

Tuesday

  • 10 minute run

Wednesday

  • 20 push ups
  • 60 squats
  • 40 lunges
  • 20 push ups
  • 60 sec wall sit

Thursday

  • 10 minute run

Friday

  • 40 push ups
  • 60 squats
  • 40 lunges
  • 40 push ups
  • 60 sec wall sit

Saturday

  • 10 minute run

Sunday

  • Rest

See, I thought I would keep this nice and easy for you, nothing that will make you hate me. I have some motivation quotes that will hopefully get you in the mood to stick to this. I will be doing this workout too, so you wont be  doing it alone.

Every morning you are faced with two choices:

1.Go to sleep with your dreams

or

2.Wake up and chase them

 

You may not be there yet, but you are closer then you were yesterday

 

Results don’t happen overnight, they take time. Work hard, stay consistent and be patient.

 

In two weeks, you’ll feel it

In four weeks, you’ll see it

In eight weeks you’ll hear it

 

Stay  positive, work hard and make it happen.
