My February workout

Hello,

Happy Saturday my loves, how are you? I hope you’ve all had a fabulous Saturday so far. I was meant to upload this on Wednesday but I stayed over at my boyfriends instead so I have decided to upload twice today.

I was asked a while back whether I could include more fitness posts again and of course I would love to! I use to upload a workout routine every month but I didn’t think you all enjoyed that so I stopped, but I am more than happy to bring it back!

So for today’s first post I will share my workout routine with you. I won’t lie I haven’t been working out as much as I did before Christmas but I am definitely getting back into the swing of things so this month we are taking it slowly and we will build ourselves back up again. As I always say you are more than welcome to switch things up to your level.

My February workout

Monday
  • 25 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 15 lunges (left leg)
  • 15 lunges (right leg)
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 minute run
Tuesday
  • 25 squats
  • 15 push ups
  • 15 sit ups
  • 20 lunges (left leg)
  • 20 lunges (right leg)
  • 35 jumping jacks
  • 10 minute run
Wednesday
  • 25 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 lunges (left leg)
  • 10 lunges (right leg)
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 minute run
Thursday
  • 10,000 steps!
Friday
  • 20 minute run
  • 5 minute walk
  • 25 squats
Saturday
  • 25 squats
  • 15 lunges (left leg)
  • 15 lunges (right leg)
  • 15 sit ups
  • 15 push ups
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 minute walk
Sunday
  • 10,000 steps!

There we have it, this months work out routine, as I said before, please change this to suit yourself, whether you need to make it easier or challenge yourself more.
