Happy Friday my loves how are you? What have you been up to today? I haven’t been productive at all I have no energy to do anything and as bad as the sounds even writing this blog post is sending me to sleep!
My iron levels are really high and I’ve done some googling and I found out that I am so tired because my levels are high it has the same effect if your levels are low which I didn’t realise so I am just running on empty and trying to get through the day.
I think the most productive things I have done today it is I get up and get dressed I would actually like a gold star for that if anyone would like to send one my way? I am really going to push myself tonight to you do a Pilates lesson, something I never thought I would be saying but it may help me in some way.
For tonight’s post I am going to show you my outfit it really isn’t anything special I have to spend at home today pottering about trying not to jump into bed and fall asleep. It is absolutely freezing where I live I don’t know if it’s the same for you but as much as I want it to snow I also kind of wish that summer would arrive early!
I have decided to you get the 21 buttons app to you I share my app of the days on there too I will put a link either on this blog post or I will put it on my Instagram somewhere for you to find it if you wanted to. Looking at my outfit it kind of looks a bit weird I mean it’s not because it’s jeans and a top but I have some great news to share.
I have lost about a stone in weight and that is such an incredible feeling I definitely do feel better for the weight loss I don’t feel good in myself because of my iron issues but that is completely unrelated to the weight situation. Due to me losing this away my jeans are like way too big for me! I literally take a few steps forward and they had almost flashing my butt everyone which really isn’t a good look!
Over the next couple of months I am really going to be working on the losing more weight so I am not going to go out and splurge on some new outfits, because I don’t know how many dress sizes I’m going to drop so it’d be a complete waste of money which I don’t have. I would like to share my fitness things with you I will be sharing my pilates workouts with you in about a months time, I know that seems such a long time but it’s actually only 30 days. I had quite a mixed response to sharing my fitness things before, so please do let me know in the comments if that’s something you would like me to start again or not.
Anyway you didn’t come here for me it to you a blabber on, here is my outfit of the day.
– I’ve kept my look really simple today because I knew I wouldn’t be going anywhere and I wanted something comfortable, yet warm. I decided to wear my ripped Jeans from Simply Be and my “U ok Hun?” top from New Look. As you’ll be able to see in a moment, my jeans are simply far too big now, a belt investment is definitely needed.
I literally stepped forward and they slid down! My socks are super Christmassy but warm and I’m really not ready to say goodbye to them yet!
I hope you like my comfortable but also a little messy outfit, I promise next time I will wear clothes that actually fit! I would love to know what your outfit of the day was did you have to dress up really smart? Did you just have some comfortable leggings on and a super cosy jumper? Let me know!
