August: Workouts


How are you lovelies? Today has been the best day for me, I have been snuggled up in bed, planning my Blogmas posts and watching Netflix while listening to the glorious sound of the rain. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am now that the temperature has dropped and the sun has gone. It was great while it lasted but we definetley needed this cold weather!

The wet weather has inspired me to create this post. I’m working really hard on my weight and I’m doing everything I can to get down to a healthier size. I know a lot of people who won’t workout when it’s wet outside because “there’s no point” so I decided to create some inspiration for not only them, but for myself to keep moving.

My August workouts


  • 20 squats
  • 10 second plank
  • 15 russian twists
  • 15 lunges
  • 10 knee pull ins
  • 20 butt kicks


  • 30 squats
  • 20 second plank
  • 20 russian twists
  • 20 lunges
  • 20 knee pull ins
  • 30 butt kicks


  • 40 squats
  • 30 second plank
  • 30 russian twists
  • 30 lunges
  • 30 knee pull ins
  • 40 butt kicks


  • 50 squats
  • 35 second plank
  • 25 russian twists
  • 25 lunges
  • 25 knee pull ins
  • 50 butt kicks


  • 50 squats
  • 20 second plank
  • 20 russian twists
  • 20 lunges
  • 20 knee pull ins
  • 50 butt kicks


  • Rest due to work

Do this for four weeks, without taking a break, follow the instructions exactly for best results. To push harder, add 10 to each workout!
