How my day has been #14

Hello lovelies,

Happy Saturday, I hope you’ve had an amazing day. What have you been up too? Have you managed to get out and enjoy the sun.

Today like every Saturday I spent my time at work. I’m so gutted that again I have missed the sun, why couldn’t it have been raining?

Today has been a good day though, work was a little tough, there’s so much to do in such a small amount of time and when you have to do extra on top, you end up rushing around like a mad man (in my case mad woman). The residents were in a great mood though so it did make the atmosphere a lot better.

I got home just after two and I was exhausted, all of me was just drained. I didn’t even have lunch, I just went straight to my bed and I instantly fell asleep. My sleep pattern has been a little weird since the sun starts to rise earlier, so I don’t think that helped.

I woke up at 4ish, I upload a new photo to Instagram (if you haven’t seen it go check it out) I just wasn’t happy with the one I posted this morning. I then headed downstairs for a drink and my parcel had arrived while I was sleeping.

I ordered myself a shake bottle and some banana shake. I’m currently on a diet, I know exactly what I’m doing so I don’t need any of you worrying about me. I’ll be taking a two shakes a day as a meal replacement and then eating 600 (it’s a little more then that but I can’t remember the exact amount) calories.

This is something that I have done a lot of research for, I have spoken to my GP and he is happy for me to do this. When I said I was going on a diet, I had quite a few messages from people telling me what I should and shouldn’t do, which is thoughtful, but not needed. I have to remember I now have a serious medical condition, so I cannot do a lot of pure physical activity. Everything I will be doing has been talked through and approved.

I’m in a great mood, I have just finished some Mediterranean rice and chicken for my dinner and now I am finished up this post before I go for a run in the orchards. I am aiming to complete 100,000 steps this month, but I also want to get into running.

I don’t think there is anything else to tell you, I have a post going up tomorrow but after that I will be back to my Mondays, Wednesdays,Friday’s and Saturday’s upload schedule.
