Hello lovelies,

Happy Friday! It’s finally the end of the week, I am so relived, but I am also dreading this weekend, I am working on Sunday and unfortunately I have to work with someone I dislike. I know it’s part of life blah blah blah, but honestly this person just annoys me, technically they aren’t part of my work team so they shouldn’t even be working but yannoe, work hates me so what’s the point in complaining. I need a new job because the whole place just makes me feel like absolute shite. (Fingers crossed my blog turns into my job).

Anyway, tonight’s post is not about how awful my job is, it’s about an easy workout routine for everyone to follow. I haven’t doe any extreme exercises in a while because I am far too lazy for that, but I will soon! Exercise isn’t just about having a six pack and showing people how fit you are, it’s also about your mentality and becoming healthy. You don’t need a six pack to be healthy, some people forget that, but I don’t have a six pack (a six pack of rolls instead lol) and I am healthy.

I have put together a workout that’s simple, not too strenuous to those who haven’t worked out in a while or they haven’t worked out at all. If you work out a lot and don’t find this is hard enough for you, by all means, swap it up so it fits your needs.

Workouts

Mondays

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 20 push ups
  • 25 squats
  • 15 sit ups
  • 25 lunges (each side)
  • 15 burpees

Tuesday

  • 35 jumping jacks
  • 25 push ups
  • 30 squats
  • 20 sit ups
  • 30 lunges (each side)
  • 20 burpees

Wednesday

  • 10 minute run (don’t forget warm up stretches and cool down stretches!)

Thursday

  • 40 jumping jacks
  • 30 push ups
  • 35 squats
  • 25 sit ups
  • 35 lunges (each side)
  • 25 burpees

Friday

  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 25 push ups
  • 25 squats
  • 25 sit ups
  • 25 lunges
  • 25 burpees

Saturday

  • Rest day

Sunday

  • 10 minute run.

You should do this workout for four weeks, sticking to what I have put. It wont be easy, it will feel like I am killing you, but I know that you can get through it! I believe in you. Next month I will do a before & after post showing you my weight before the workout and then what I look like afterwards to give some of you that extra confidence. I will start a # too, so if you have suggestions drop them in the comments.

    Haha loving the first quote! I too work Sundays so I understand your pain – literally thought it was me writing the post because of the first sentence. I admire your dedication to fitness, I can barely stick to the 30 day challenges!!! xx

      Haha, I’m honestly the worst person to be promoting fitness, I’m just so lazy 😂 try setting alarms to help you get up and do the challenge, it’s worked for me (after lobbing my phone across the room first 🙈) xx

          I didn’t at the time but I definitely do now 😂 it honestly sets your day off into a positive one, you feel like you’ve achieved something already xx
